Rental Pricing and Policy

Photo Shoot

  • $600 for 1/2 day - up to 5 hours
  • $1000 full day - up to 10 hours
  • $150 per hour over 10 hours
  • $75 per hour for prelight/strike days
  • Half day minimum, no hourly rates under 5 hours

Video Shoot

  • $750 for 1/2 day - up to 5 hours
  • $1200 full day - up to 10 hours
  • $180 per hour over 10 hours
  • $90 per hour for prelight/stike days
  • Half day minimum, no hourly rates under 5 hours

Event/Meetings

  • Price available upon request

Payment

All rental fees must be paid at the start of your booking. 50% deposit required for all rentals, transaction fee included. Fees for additional equipment rental and/or time that were not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period. There is a 3% transaction fee on all credit card transactions.

Insurance Requirements


Comprehensive general liability: The renter shall indemnify Terminal Studio, Ryan Kurtz Photography LLC and representatives against any claims and damages, including reasonable counsel fees, arising from the Renters use of the facility and equipment. 

Renter must furnish Terminal Studio with a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Ryan Kurtz Photography LLC and Terminal Studios as "Additionally Insured" and "Loss Payee" under Renter's Comprehensive General Liability Policy. COI must be provided before rental period begins.

Comprehensive general liability must be in an amount not less than: $1,000,000/1,000,000 bodily injury liability and $1,000,000 property damage liability

If renter does not have insurance, all staff, guests, contractors and talent on-ste with renter MUST sign a liability release form.

Production Services

Let us know if you need any additional production services - can help with photo assistants, production assistants, digital techs, craft service, h/mu stylist, food stylist, wardrobe/set stylist, casting etc.

Cincinnati has a rich community of crew and industry people and should be able to fulfill all of your needs.
